This policy explains what information Walt ("we") collects from visitors to waltagent.com and customers who use the Walt service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Waitlist signups. When you submit your email on this site, we store the address, the form you used, a hashed version of your IP, and your browser user-agent.
• Account data. If you become a Walt customer, we store your name, email, organization, and the website domains you connect to Walt.
• Service telemetry. For sites connected to Walt, we record agent visits (IP, user-agent, requested URL, response status) so we can show you how AI systems interact with your site.

How we use it

• To send transactional email about your account (signup confirmation, password reset, billing notices).
• To occasionally email waitlist members when access opens. You can opt out from any such email.
• To operate and improve the Walt product.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the infrastructure providers required to run the service: Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery via SES) and Cloudflare (edge network).

Retention

Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them or for two years, whichever is shorter. Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account and 90 days after closure.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or its deletion, by emailing hello@waltagent.com.
